Apartment from 1908 located in the city centre of Karlstad, with Sweden’s biggest lake Vänern and the river Klarälven just around the corner. 300 kms to Stockholm, Oslo and Gothenburg respectively. The train and bus stations are only a ten minute walk away. It's really easy to travel around if you want to go on an excursion. Parking spot comes with the apartment. Beautiful Karlstad is located in the region of Värmland, which has a fairytale like nature with a lot of forrests and water in terms of many lakes and the river Klaräven. It is a region rich of culture.

My son and I have lived in the apartment for eleven years. The apartment is old and cosy, with high ceilings and old details. There's af fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. In the living room there's a TV with many channels/streaming services. There's free wifi. From the living room you enter the lovely balcony. You can smoke on the balcony if you wish. There's a small bathroom with shower, laundry machine and dryer. We have a dog. However charming, there'll be no need for you to watch out for him staying here. We'll have people taking caring of him. :-)

One of the bedrooms has a 180 cm bed, the other a 120 cm bed.

I have a car (Toyota Prius) and potentially we can arrange for you to use it.
