Our house has three floors, the living space amounts to 200 m².  It is situated on a hillside and the garden has 1200 m².

 
Unser Haus ist dreigeschoßig, die Wohnfläche beträgt 200m². Es steht auf einem Hang, der Garten ist 1200m² groß.

Our village Tösching/ Tešinja is located at the intersection of three countries: Austria, Italy (45km) and Slovenia (25km). The region we live in is bilingual: we speak German and Slovenian. It is especially interesting for swimming and surfing (there are three lakes within a distance of 10km), horse-riding, hiking, climbing (mountains are, for instance: Karawanken, Karnische Alpen, Julische Alpen,...), playing tennis and golf, cycling (there is a beautiful, 366km long bikeway along the river Drau). Another lovely spot is the valley of Soča (70 km) in neighbouring Slovenia, a beautiful river where there is possibility of canoeing, rafting or canyoning. If you are culturally interested there is a variety of interesting offers during summer months in the region. Unser Ort Tösching/ Tešinja liegt am Schnittpunkt dreier Länder: Österreich, Italien(45km) und Slowenien (25km). Bei uns wird deutsch und slowenisch gesprochen. Man kann bei uns vor allem baden, (drei Seen im Umkreis von 10 km) surfen, reiten, wandern, bergsteigen (Karawanken, Karnische, Julische Alpen, …) Tennis und Golf spielen, Rad fahren entlang der Drau (bis 366 km). Ein besonderes Naturjuwel ist das Sočatal (70 km) im benachbarten Slowenien (Kanu, Rafting, Canyoning). Für Kulturinteressierte gibt es in den Sommermonaten vielerlei interessante Angebote.
