I have already planned my exchanges for 2024. Between January and March 2025, I would like to arrange a longer exchange in the south, while you can go skiing, hiking on snowshoes or enjoy the famous Lucerne Carnival.

Lucerne is a beautiful town beside the lake and the mountains. For this summer I have already found my destination. Now I am looking for an exchange between January and March 2025 in the South, while you enjoy winter and carnival at Lucerne. (3-6 weeks)

Though you'll find all these things just in front of your frontdoor, you'll live in a very quiet accomodation with a friendly neighborhood.
Lucerne is a smal, but very interesting and picturesque old town.
Our flat is situated in a very quiet part of Lucerne but in less than 15 minutes by foot you are in the middle of the town, standing on the famous Chapel Bridge. In 5 minutes from home you are in the wood nearby for a little stroll or, if you prefer, for a longer walk in the mountains.
There are two balconies and a little garden, where you can eat or just relax from your trips. On the first floor there are 3 small bedrooms, a bathroom and the kitchen with an open room to eat. On the second floor there is a big livingroom, the masterbedroom an a second bathroom..

With its  location, Lucerne is most suitable for those who want to explore not only Lucerne with it's famous sights and its marvelous lake and mountains, but also other parts of Switzerland. Within an hour by car or train, you reach Zurich, Bern, Basel and in some more time even the south of Switzerland, Geneva or Lake Constance.
Although Switzerland sure has enough to offer for a stay of several weeks, one of its advantages is the location of our small country in the centre of  continental Europe. By train you can easily reach Paris, Milano, Munich, Strasbourg, Freiburg and other foreign cities. 


Notre appartement est situé dans un quartier calme de Lucerne, mais en moins de 15 minutes de marche vous êtes déjà au centre de la ville, sur le célèbre pont Kappellbrücke ou au coeur de la vielle ville. A 5 minutes de la maison se trouve une forêt, oú vous pouvez faire une petite promenade ou commencer une plus longue dans les montagnes. 
Notre appartement a deux balcons et une terasse avec un petit jardin ou vous pouvez manger ou vous reposer de vos excursions.
Avec sa situation au centre de la Suisse, Lucerne est un endroit parfait pour ceux qui ne veulent pas seulement explorer les beaux sites de la région (comme le Lac des quatre cantons et les montagnes qui l'entourent), mais aussi pour visitre d'autres parties du pays. En une heure en train ou voiture, vous êtes déjà à Bâle, Berne ou Zürich. Et avec un peu plus de temps vous pouvez aller à Genève, au sud de la Suisse ou au Lac de Constance. 

Bien que la Suisse a assez de diversions touristiques à offrir pour vous occuper plusieures semaines, son emplacement au coeur de l'Europe continentale est sans doute un avantage. Ainsi il est possible d'atteindre de jolies villes européennes (par exemple Paris, Milan, Munich, Strasbourg...) en quelques heures en train.

Nuestro apartamento está situado en un barrio tranquilo de Lucerna, pero en menos de 15 minutos usted llega a pie al centro de la ciudad, dondé se encuentra el famoso puente Kappellbrücke, el lago y la ciudad vieja. A 5 minutos de la casa está un bosque donde es posible hacer una pequeña caminata o empezar una más larga en dirección de las montañas. 
Nuestro apartamento incluye dos balcones y una terraza con un pequeño jardín donde usted puede comer o relajarse.
Gracais a su posición en el centro de Suiza, Lucerna es el lugar perfecto para los que no solo quieren explorar los sitios turísticos de la región (como por ejemplo el Lago de los cuatro cantones y las montañas alrededor), pero también para visitar otras ciudades importantes de Suiza. Dentro de una hora en tren o carro, usted llega a Berna, Zürich o Basel. Y con un poco más de tiempo puede ir hasta Ginebra, el Sur de Suiza o el Lago Constance.
Aunque Suiza tiene suficientes diversiones turísticas para ofrecer para mantener a uno ocupado durante varias semanas, su posición en el corazón de la Europa continental es sin duda una ventaja. Así es posible visitar lindas ciudades europeas (como Paris, Milano, Munich, Strasbourg,...) en unas pocas horas en tren.
