Flat in central Helsinki, Finland
Our quiet 90m2, 6th floor apartment is in a central residential area, close to the sea and only a 15-minute walk from the city centre. Very good public transport. Many good restaurants close by. The block was built in 1932, has a lift, and the apartment is recently renovated, in modern, Scandinavian style. Great collection of books and CDs (mostly classical).
Helsinki is full of opportunities for people interested in architecture, cultural activities, walking, design... It's a beautiful city and it's also easy to get out to the countryside or visit other towns and cities.
The flat is most suitable for a couple as we have only one bedroom with a double bed. It is also possible to use a blow-up mattress in the living room. We have a small dog, who stays with our neighbours when we are away.
