Sunny house with terrace and garden in a quiet residential area at 30 min. from Gent and Bruges.
We build this sunny house in 1992.
In summer there is sun in the garden from 7 a.m. till 8 p.m.
When it's too hot for the terrace, it's nice staying under the trees.
There we eat during summer.
We have 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 bedrooms with a single bed.
We have a treadmill, 2 electric bikes and 2 non-electric bikes.

Our Neighbourhood
Nearest Airport: Brussels - 90 km
We live in a very quiet street in a little village named Vosselare.
At < 1 km there is a supermarket, a butcher, a pharmacy, a restaurant and a take-away pizzeria.
At 3 km you find several shops.
The neighbours are about the same age as us and they are very kind.
At 4 km we have friends with more than 25 years of homechange experience.
They will be ready for help and advice.

About Our Family
Ivan (62) is retired engineer and Carine (61) is librarian.
We have adult children. Some of them live in the neighbourhood. Easy in case of problems/questions.
Lifestyle
In the 90's - when we had young children - we made 4 home exchanges.
During our holidays we love walking, cycling, visiting museums and touristic attractions.
We also enjoy good eating.
