A house size unit near cafes, sandy beaches and the Maroochy River.
We are a couple just turned seventy ( a young fit 70 like everyone!). We’re keen to visit the UK, Europe and the eastern USA. We would prefer a reasonable time in one location say 2-4 weeks or even longer as it is a long distance from ‘Down Under’. Our unit is a large 3brm, 2 bathrooms and double garage. We are in a small group of units ( 6 of us) and neighbours are great. It is only about 500m from a beautiful sandy patrolled beach and about 300m from the Maroochy River.
We are about 90 minutes from Brisbane and 20 minutes from a major regional airport with access to the Great Barrier Reef to the north and Melbourne and Sydney to the south.
