A very comfortable converted shed with all modern facilities situated on hilltop
This is a farming area with wonderful friendly neighbours that you do not see, they are three families situated within a few kilometres but unless you visit them or they visit you, there is minimal contact. The place has green fields and forest views and is right amid areas for bush walking, lake paddling and beach swimming and sailing. There are two sea kayaks available in the house. The house is a steel shed very comfortably converted with full insulation and fireplace and a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom. There is one bedroom and another double bed on a closed verandah. Excellent internet connectivity and smart TV with quality sound system available. Around the house there is a garden and mainly lawn with shade trees, wedge tailed eagles fly overhead regularly.

The farming area, mainly cattle and potatoes, is quiet and safe with families that have been there for generations. Nearby is the village of South Riana which provides a store that has fuel, a small supermarket and a liquor take away, however shopping at major supermarkets is only 25 minutes away in places like Burnie and Ulverston. The house is close to the Bass Strait towns of Wynyard, Burnie, Penguin, Ulverston and Devonport and the magnificent scenery and beaches of Tasmania's temperate north coast. It is also close to native forest areas like the Tarkine and the famous Cradle Mountain NP is only 90 minutes away.

We are a very active retired couple with three adult children and a bunch of grandchildren
We are and have been an outdoor family who have lived plenty of adventures and outdoor activities including all sorts of travel. Lo and I are retired and in late 70s but lead a full and daily active life. We would be happy to exchange cars.
